1970 – nderclap Newman’s “Wild Country” backed with “Hollywood Dream” is released in the U.K. Pete produces the single and plays bass on it with the addition of pedal steel on the b-side. It fails to chart.
1971 – hie Havens’ LP The Great Blind Degree hits the U.S. charts. It features a cover of “See Me Feel Me. “
1973 – The Who play the third of three nights at the Lyceum Theatre in London
1975 – The film Lisztomania staring Roger Daltrey has its London premiere
1979 – er and John Entwistle discuss current and upcoming Who film projects in The New York Times. John and especially Roger both state that they were dissatisfied with Jeff Stein’s work on The Kids Are Alright.
1987 – John and his band ‚”Rat Race Choir‚” play Bessie’s Boat House in Norfolk, Virginia
1993 – Pete attends an exclusive party at New York’s Whitney Museum thrown by Bob Dylan to celebrate the release of his boxset Biograph.
1996 – Pete and Roger attend the Silver Clef Dinner and Auction in New York City honoring Bill Curbishley. The Silver Clef Dinner raises funds for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy, a program that helps autistic and handicapped children.
1998 – The John Entwistle Band continue their U.S. tour appearing at at Caf
1999 – The Who play The House of Blues in Chicago, Illinois with Eddie Vedder’s “C-Average” opening.
2000 – The Who play the London Arena in London
2006 – The Who play the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah
2007 – Bridge Collection, Vol 3 is released on iTunes featuring 1998 acoustic performances by Pete of “Drowned” and “Let My Love Open the Door” and The Who in 1999 playing equally acoustic versions of “Boris The Spider” and “Won’t Get Fooled Again”
2008 – The Who play the Osaka Castle Hall in Osaka, Japan
2009 – er plays at The Borgata in Atlantic City, New Jersey
2012 – The Who play the Verizon Center in Washington, DC
2017 – er attends the Adoration Trilogy Event at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. The event raises funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
